They created and handled my wedding ring with as much care & love as I love it! ❤️ however, on 5/7?/25, the center cluster randomly came loose & fell off the ring, luckily the cluster was found. I was charged like $142 at Segner’s to have it repaired, even though I was not engaging in any harsh movements or activities, I would have hoped they would’ve stood behind their own craftsmanship better, absorbing the cost; but it is what it is!

This is my one and only jewelry store. They do it all. Their selections are great and change frequently with new items coming into the shop. They have converted my old pieces to new modern ones and repair anything th as t need to be fixed. The staff are always helpful and kind. I highly recommend this business.
